My friend's husband may have been diagnosed with CJD (also known as mad cow disease) from eating contaminated meat, being exposed to it somewhere, or it could just be genetic. He's been given 6 months - 1 year to live. Please pray that I can help her as she takes care of her dying husband. Please pray that I can share the gospel with her and her husband. Please pray that her husband does not suffer.

Please continue to pray for our new employee. Your prayers are having big impact! He has decided he wants to "better himself", go to church, stop swearing, etc. But he is up against some obstacles in his life. We gifted him a Bible & shared the plan of Salvation & God worked it out for the perfect time because his grandma was just sent home on hospice & did not recognize him. He has said she was the only person who he felt ever really cared about him. We'll call him Ricky, but God knows who he is. ;-)

Needing prayers for my sister and her children. A single mom who has found herself lost on a path of addiction and trauma. Clinging to people that share her pain and troubles. Wallowing in the self pity and unable to show up as a parent. I ask God to show up in their life. Planting seeds of hope and redemption. She’s made some bad choices and deserves to rise up and show her kids that from darkness a light can shine and lead you to salvation. She needs a job. She needs a new home. A new community. And some faith. Reassurance that better days are ahead.

Pray for my sister. She has an enlarged liver, liver cancer, and is currently 25 weeks pregnant. She has been in pain constantly for months. They will take the baby at 30 weeks so please pay for a safe delivery and a healthy premature baby boy. Pray that the Lord gives her and her family strength as they go through this difficult season. I am asking for prayer for my great friend Wayne. Wayne and his wife Lisa have taken in myself and my wife since the ice storm in Alpena. As of today, we are still waiting for power to our home. But we are blessed to have these friends who took us in! Wayne has cancer and is fighting for his life. While I came to work today, Wayne went to have his weekly chemo treatment. He has another "Pet Scan" this Thursday and I am boldly asking for a miracle for Wayne, that the doctors will find no cancer at all in his body! Our God can do that miracle! Please pray with me for Wayne! Wayne is a believer and also believes this is possible!
