Today I have a work meeting concerning how the workflow is going and my concerns with us as a team. We are not a team. Supervisor and I do not get along and everything I do or say is questioned, my work is super scrutinized and there are days that I feel beyond frustrated that she is being so picky . When she is off and another is covering it runs so smoothly and they make every effort to help with the work. My supervisor has even called someone I just talked to - to make sure I'm reporting things to her correctly. Does not make for a good productive day. I love my job and the people I help. I hate being frustrated all day and every day
