******PRAISE REPORT*******

I had asked multiple times for prayer for my job...I was overwhelmed and the work load was huge, my supervisor wasn't helping and it was so unorganized and I literally was losing sleep and joy over it all.

Had my evaluation and was cautiously honest and felt I was getting blamed for lack of teamwork and being unprofessional, which really hurt. Another manager came in to help with the overflow from a similar business closing and the rush from their customers and began to see what was going on and IMMEDIATELY reported back to the higher ups .

Supervisor is now on a 3month maternity leave and the people coming in to cover started fixing the issues to make the teamwork happen as I have been asking and praying for. The big boss worked with me yesterday and apologized for not listening and addressing my concerns for this problem and promised what I am experiencing right now will continue when she returns from maternity leave.

Though things have been tough and I wanted to leave,God is helping it get fixed......,..and the teamwork I've been asking for and dreaming for us working as is now happening Praise the Lord
