I'm the single mom of two boys who are 12 and 16. This month marks 10 years since my divorce was final. Their dad is not involved in their lives, and we don't have any family that lives close, so it's just been the three of us. I've prayed for the Lord to bring a strong male role model into their lives, but it seems nobody (men or women) wants to come alongside a single mother to "do life" with her. I feel like people are reluctant to come alongside single women because of how they may be perceived by others. Please pray that a Godly man would take an interest in mentoring my boys.
