A family member got divorced 7 yrs ago but instead of healing from the traumatic divorce and all the losses it entails, they have been been practicing avoidance. Yesterday they were triggered with a reminder & their grief/depression & anxiety flared up like when the the divorce was ongoing reality 7 yrs ago... prayer for mental and emotional healing for this person, & that they find comfort in Jesus.
